Kim Atkins, MS, CCC-SLP
Kimberly attended Adelphi University for both her BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders and my MS in Speech Language Pathology. She moved to Atlanta, GA in 2017. Kim is nationally certified through the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed in the state of Georgia.
Kim is a passionate advocate for young children and specializes in providing services to children, birth-18. She enjoys working with families to ensure optimal growth on speech and language skills. In addition, Kim has experience with diagnosing and treating children with deficits in articulation, phonology, motor speech disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders. and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is trained in the implementation and use of the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol and PROMPT.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
