Meet Emalyn

Emalyn Brumby MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Emalyn is a registered and licensed Master’s level Occupational Therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mercer University and went on to obtain her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During her educational career, Emalyn spent time working at Camp ASCCA (Alabama’s Special Camp for Children and Adults) and The Horizons School. 

Emalyn completed her Level II fieldwork at Emory and KidsPlay Therapy. She has since worked in outpatient pediatrics in the community and at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Emalyn has experience working with children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, TBIs, and other neurologic and genetic disorders. 

In her free time, Emalyn loves to travel, spend time with her husband and friends at the lake, and volunteer at GiGis Playhouse.
