Chelsea Rubin, MS, OTR/L
Chelsea is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist. Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida (UF). She went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University (FIU).
During her time at FIU, Chelsea was inducted into the Pi Theta Epsilon Honor Society. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Chelsea has completed trainings in Interactive Metronome, Interactive Metronome Home, Integrated Listening Systems, Therapeutic Listening, and SOS Approach to Feeding. She works with a variety of children with various needs including but not limited to fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, visual motor integration, visual perception, and handwriting deficits. Chelsea strives to keep abreast of the latest practice strategies/guidelines for pediatric OT and prioritizes continuing education courses. She is passionate about helping children achieve their highest potential in their daily lives.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time with her husband, friends, and family, and playing with her dog Beau.
