Monthly Seminar & Support Group
We invite parents, caregivers, teachers, early childhood specialists, etc. to join us for our monthly seminar/support group. Each month will focus on a topic related to children and therapeutic interventions. A licensed professional in the field will provide information on the topic and open up the floor for a group discussion amongst participants. The facilitator will answer questions related to your child and parent discussion is highly encouraged.

This group is intended to provide information to parents to help them better understand their child, and aims to foster a safe and secure environment for parents and caregivers to form lasting relationships with other families facing similar circumstances.

Each class will occur on the last Tuesday of each month. Each class is $20/person and will consist of approximately 20-30 minutes of information on the topic. The remainder of the time will be spent in open discussion. Please call in advance to reserve your slot.

Do Sensory Diets work?
Description: What is a sensory diet? Would your child benefit from one? What goes into designing a comprehensive sensory diet? Come explore the basics of a sensory diet and discuss how to work with a professional to design one appropriate for your child.
